This service is for landlords who would like to benefit from the extensive marketing options we can offer to find a suitable tenant. Comprehensive Referencing: Every tenant goes through a strict referencing process where we verify income, credit status and previous landlord references.

Identity checks: The identity and address of all tenants is verified. We also carry out Right to Rent and financial sanction checks

Tenancy paperwork: All relevant tenancy paperwork to comply with the Housing Acts and Deregulation Act

Deposit: A deposit is taken and the relevant prescribed information issued in accordance with the Deposit Protection Service Scheme

Utilities and Meter readings; Meter readings are taken and sent to the relevant utility company. The Council is notified of council tax liability.

Financial Statement: Rent payments are transferred within 2 working days together with a written statement

This service is for landlords who would like us to take care of everything relating to their property. Property Inspections: We will visit your property every 6 months to check its condition
Guaranteed Rent Service (Platinum)
This service is for landlords who would like complete peace of mind that their rent is guaranteed to be paid, even if the tenant stops paying. You will receive all the benefits of the Fully Managed Service with the addition of our guarantee that the rent will always be paid.
