We recognise that not all landlords require the same services. At Ocean Properties we provide different services depending on your particular needs. In additional we can also provide specific services such as tenancy agreements or inventories, should you not require any of the full service packages.

Bronze Service

This service is for landlords who require their rent collected but have the experience to manage the property themselves

Silver Service

This service is for landlords who would like to benefit from the extensive marketing options we can offer to find a suitable tenant. Your tenants will be comprehensively referenced and we will also set everything up to ensure you are fully compliant when the tenancy starts.

Gold Service

This service is for landlords who would like us to take care of everything relating to their property. This is a complete management service which also includes advertising and finding a suitable tenant.We will ensure ongoing full compliance for your property.

Platinum Service

This service is for landlords who would like complete peace of mind that their rent is guaranteed to be paid, even if the tenant stops paying. You will receive all the benefits of the Gold Service with the addition of our guarantee that the rent will always be paid.
